I have been working on how I could improve the ages old method of retailing. When I came across the introduction of Sofyx, I realised that some of the ways of improvement that I had thought of were already happening at Sofyx. We can finally achieve our goals and compete with Online. These days customers are only attracted to online because everything is a click away and if by some means neighbourhood shop could do the same, it would be magical. Nothing can match that.

In the last few years our business has suffered due to many reasons. Sometimes we feel that we are not able to provide the digital connect that customers need these days.
