Mukesh is a business technologist with almost 20 years of Product Development & Technology experience. After graduating from BITS Pilani, he started off his career in Business Development before heading off to US to do MS in Computer Science. Post Masters he joined GAIN Capital, an FX trading startup and played a key role in building it through to IPO to becoming No. 1 FX firm in USA. Later on he moved to London as CTO at GAIN Capital and successfully led and executed an incredibly challenging merger of 3 companies spread across US and London into one product technology stack alongside organizational transformation. After spending 19 years abroad, living in US and London, Mukesh moved back to India and Co-Founded Sofyx. His can do attitude and unparalleled passion to drive results is contagious

A medicinal chemist by training with multiple US patents in her name in biotech, she chose to pursue finance and lending as her career for the last 6 years. During this time she has developed excellent relationships with stakeholders in the lending industry and worked closely with some of the leading financial institutions. Vandna is a go getter and an exemplary women leader who has built her identity in a business that is generally dominated by men in India. She will be leading our engagements with financial institutions to bring effective lending to Sofyx partners.
Preetpal leads our user experience design initiatives. His natural flair for design and creativity while being able to grasp the problem statement and come up with novel ideas as solutions makes him the guy who can get things down in jiffy. With a knack for detail and a penchant for creativity, Ritika brings her artistic fervor to the company. Post graduating from BITS, Pilani she has worked in various roles in the banking and investment sector that included that of technologist, business analyst, market strategist, data analyst and product analyst to name a few. In her 18 years of experience she has worked with TCS, Standard Chartered, Citi, UBS, BNY and SIG in Singapore and US. Vishali thrives in high pressure, fast paced environment and brings to table the positive energy and a happy go lucky attitude that is backed by grit and immense perseverance. Travelling and reading are her favourite pastimes.
From being the student of the year and a star basketball player in school to among the college toppers, Samiksha has always been an all-rounder. She took a big leap in her career joining the industry right after her graduation in journalism and mass communication. Amit co-heads the IT & Outsourcing Group. He has been instrumental in crafting Avendus' leadership in this sector with more than fifteen deal closures in the last five years. Amit has over sixteen years of experience in Investment Banking and the IT Services industry. He is an avid reader and has a deep interest in the Indian start up ecosystem. Amit worked with Cambridge Technology Partners and PWC prior to joining Avendus. Amit is based out of Bangalore. He holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), Bhubaneswar and a BE from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.
Rajiv strongly believes in our vision. He has mentored us during our conception stage. He is one of the most successful and dynamic business leaders in India. In 2009, Rajiv partnered with The Blackstone Group to take a majority stake in CMS. Before CMS, he was a Partner at Actis Capital. Rajiv spent a decade with Microsoft Corporation, in various leadership roles, including Country Manager for India. He was instrumental in selling CMS to Baring Capital in 2015. Rajiv is involved with education initiatives in India and is the Founder and Trustee of the Art1st Foundation. He has an MBA from XLRI and an Engineering bachelors from BITS Mesra.
Manu Sareen is a proven leader who has delivered results in the online and brick&mortar retail industry for 20+ years with companies like Amazon & Best Buy. As general manager of Amazon's private label business Manu launched thousands of products, and scaled the hardlines and consumables businesses globally. He has served on startup advisory boards and speaks on Ecommerce strategy at conferences around the globe. Manu is an active member of charities that support children globally and lives in Seattle, Washington, with his wife and two daughters. He is a science graduate from Pune University and an MBA from Arizona State University, USA.
Lalit is co-founder and Director at Decimal, handling Product Development, Solution Architecture and Strategy. He has worked in diverse functions including Sales, Pre-Sales, Development & Delivery and Customer Management. His prior stints include Lumis Partners, ADP India and software majors Polaris India and SQL Star. Lalit is passionate about the potential of small businesses in India and has valuable views on how this channel can be strengthened in India. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 18 years of senior management experience.
Jay Krishna is one of the top payments technology experts in the Country. After graduating from BITS Pilani, he spent a few years with FedEx and SAP in US. He quit SAP to start an online payment gateway business, with the vision to grow online transactions in India. DigitSecure the company he founded has emerged as a payment gateway of choice for large and small online merchants in India and Middle East. JK is well versed with the regulatory environment and the technology evolution in the Country.
