I have been working on how I could improve the ages old method of retailing. When I came across the introduction of Sofyx, I realised that some of the ways of improvement that I had thought of were already happening at Sofyx. We can finally achieve our goals and compete with Online. These days customers are only attracted to online because everything is a click away and if by some means neighbourhood shop could do the same, it would be magical. Nothing can match that.

In the last few years our business has suffered due to many reasons. Sometimes we feel that we are not able to provide the digital connect that customers need these days. I tried many solutions but there was none that could solve all my issues. I am very excited by what Sofyx has to offer. We are working very closely with them to improve our business

I spend many hours a day to reconcile and understand the sales, inventory, buying, footfall and other data at the store level. We do it manually and the process is very cumbersome. With Sofyx store analytics module I will have real-time access to this information. I believe this will make me more informed on a daily basis to drive my decisions.

I have been serving the South Delhi market for over twenty years and thousands of families trust us when it comes to consumer electronics. Times have changed. Ten years back I started off into smartphone business. Over the years I have grown and expanded and today we have four stores in Gurgaon.
